Property Rules & Fees • Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. • We can accommodate up to 4 additional guests beyond the stated occupancy limit for **$20 per guest, per night**. Please treat our home with the same care and respect you would your own. 🧹 **Excessive Cleaning** If the property requires cleaning beyond our standard turnover service, an additional cleaning fee will be charged based on the actual cost incurred. 🛠️ **Damages** Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive wear caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly. 🚭 **No Smoking Indoors** Smoking, vaping, or use of any tobacco or cannabis products inside the home is strictly prohibited. A minimum **$500 remediation fee** plus any additional cleaning or odor removal costs may apply. ⏰ **Late Checkout** Unauthorized late checkout may result in a charge of **$100 per hour** and any costs associated with delaying cleaners or impacting incoming guests. 🔊 **Noise, Quiet Hours, Parties & Unauthorized Guests** Quiet hours are strictly enforced from **10:00 PM to 8:00 AM** out of respect for our neighbors. Please keep outdoor conversations, music, television volume, and pool/spa activities at a reasonable level during these hours. Parties, events, excessive noise, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a **$250 fee**, immediate termination of the reservation, and removal from the property without refund. 📹 Security Cameras & Safety For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed and disclosed in the listing. Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not record any interior spaces. Tampering with, covering, obstructing, disconnecting, or otherwise interfering with any security camera, Wi-Fi equipment, smart home device, or monitoring system is strictly prohibited. Any such activity may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation, removal from the property, additional fees for damages or service calls, and/or reporting to Airbnb, VRBO, or the booking platform. 🎉 **Events** The property is not an event venue.
